Datacom Traineeship Program
In 2000 Datacom instigated a company wide traineeship program. This program involves the participation of three distinct organizations, Datacom, DETNAC and the Australian College of Commerce and Management. Datacom’s traineeships are delivered entirely on the job with the assistance of a training plan and with assessments by a qualified Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The course work is made up of Self Directed Learning therefore allowing our employees the most flexibility with study and completing the course work. Our employees don’t have to go off site to attend training or complete exams.
When a trainee successfully completes the traineeship, they receive a Nationally Recognised Certificate of Proficiency and a statement of subjects completed from the Registered Training Organisation attended – Australian College of Commerce and Management.
